Yes. You can WhatsApp us with your full name, complete delivery address, product name, quantity and preferred payment method. Our team will confirm your order quickly.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Yes, but only before dispatch. Contact us immediately with your order number. Once the parcel is handed to the courier, cancellation is not possible, but you can request a return under our 7-day return policy.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. Website orders receive confirmation details, while WhatsApp orders receive confirmation directly through WhatsApp. Keep your order number safe for tracking.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?

Yes. For bulk orders, gifting or resale quantities, please contact us on WhatsApp or through the contact page for special pricing.

Standard delivery usually takes 2–4 business days across Pakistan. Remote areas may take an additional 1–2 business days.

Do you deliver all over Pakistan?

Yes. Saliqa delivers nationwide to major cities and smaller towns across Pakistan.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery charges are shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your order. Free delivery may be available on selected offers or order values.

Which courier do you use?

We use trusted courier partners across Pakistan. Courier selection may vary by city and availability.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via SMS or WhatsApp. You can also contact our support team for tracking updates.

What if nobody is home at delivery time?

The courier will usually contact you and may attempt delivery again. If needed, message us and we will help coordinate with the courier.

Saliqa offers a 7-day return policy from the delivery date. If the product is defective, wrong, damaged or you are not satisfied, you can request a refund or exchange within 7 days.

How do I start a return?

WhatsApp us with your order number and return reason. Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process.

How long does a refund take?

After we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

I paid via COD β€” how will I get my refund?

COD refunds are processed through JazzCash, EasyPaisa or direct bank transfer, based on your preference.

Can I exchange instead of getting a refund?

Yes. You can request an exchange or replacement when starting your return request.

What if I received a damaged or wrong product?

Please WhatsApp us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo or short video of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

How do I claim warranty?

WhatsApp us with your order number, issue details and a short photo or video showing the problem. Our team will review and guide you.

My product stopped working β€” am I covered?

If the issue is a manufacturing defect and the product is within warranty, our team will help with repair, replacement or refund based on the case.

Do I need the original box for warranty?

The original box helps, but your order number and proof of purchase are the most important. Product should be packed safely for any warranty claim process.
